WPC Door Installation Process
Door installation requires profession and experience,especially when the concrete holes are not normal sizes. Here we’d like to share some brief information
about the installation steps:
Step 1: Measure the concrete hole size to check if it matches the drawing size;
Step 2: Assemble WPC Door Frame and Fix the Frame to the Concrete hole;
Step 3: Partially fix Door Leaf to the Frame and Adjust Positions;
Step 4: Spray PU Foam & Fasten the Metal Foil with Screw;
Step 5: Gradienter to check the Door Position;
Step 6: Buckle WPC Architraves into WPC Frames;
Step 7: Screw to All Hinge Holes & Install Locksets,Hardwares.
